Gotta See Nathan!

"Gotta See Nathan" is the story of two brothers in the earliest years of life. It can be tough, adjusting to a new baby in the house, but for Zach, it's very exciting! He can't wait to see his brother each day and to play with him and be a part of his life. Zach may be young, but he is a big help to his mom. Check out what life is like for the young brothers in this book, written by Zach and Nathan's mom and illustrated by the actual Nathan from the story, who is now 8 years old. This story was drawn from actual events when my babies, Zach and Nathan, were little. Zach was almost 2 when Nathan was born, and even though he was not used to having to share the house with a baby, he quickly adapted, waking up early and immediately wanting to see and play with his baby brother. He regularly told his mom, "Gotta See Nathan," which gave his mom the title for this book. Zach is 10 now, but he is still a very loving and considerate brother, and I am very proud of them both for looking out for each other since they were little as all siblings should do. For the last 15 years, I have lived in the Republic of the Marshall Islands, and so far, island life suits me! I was born and raised in Alabama, so I never could have imagined my life would take me to a tropical island in the middle of the Pacific Ocean, but it has become my second home, and the only home my children have ever known. I work full time in the field of education, currently as a training specialist for Child, Youth, and School Services on the small military base where I reside. I hope some day to be able to devote more time to my books as writing is my true passion.
