As boys and girls prepare for their future roles through formal education they are faced with numerous challenges which reinforce them negatively and thereby making them to have low motivation to achieve academically. This book has tried to show the extent to which boys and girls personal, co-curricular activities and socio-cultural characteristics affects their academic motivation and aspirations.
