Friend on the Mend: Coloring and Activity Book

Since 1996, Splashes of Hope's murals have brought smiles and joy to thousands of children and their families in hospitals and medical facilities around the world. As a non-profit organization of artists, we transform the bare walls of medical institutions into comfortable, friendly atmospheres through out colorful hand-painted scenes.Our artwork is designed to support the healing process by giving patients a soothing visual focus during their hospital stay. The murals are used in treatment centers, recovery rooms and waiting areas as therapeutic distraction for pain management. In social service facilities, schools, and homes our murals are used to address children developmentally, providing scenes to stimulate their minds and allow their imaginations to soar!This book was Written, Design and Illustrated by Splashes of Hope.It is sponsored by the Thomas and Jeanne Elmezzi Foundation.
