Joe and Betti as children were neighbors and best friends. As the two grow so does their friendship. The two attend colleges he at West Point she at UCLA but still bonded by friendship. Joe becomes aware of his feelings and knows his heart but keeps his tongue. The night before he is to fly to the Balkans they become passionate. Does he come home for the delivery? Will he stay? Joe may know his heart but Betti struggles with hers. While trying to find her love she comes across Derrick. He seems too good to be true. Is he?
