Fit, Fifty And Fired Up

Why do so many of us spend large parts of our life slogging our guts out at jobs we don\'t particularly like to buy things we don\'t particularly need? What\'s the point of having a family if we rarely spend time with them? Why can\'t our forties and fifties be up there with the best years of our lives?
