Finding Laura

It's the summer of 1959, and for Laura Fleming the time stretches excruciatingly ahead until she can escape to college in the fall. Bright, idealistic, and ambitious, she envisions college as her escape into a more exciting world than the stultifying life of the small New Hampshire town in which she was born. But the summer turns out to be far from mundane because of an unexpected meeting with a charismatic couple who captivate Laura and will impact her life for years to come. Over time, personal tragedy and misplaced love will have a dramatic effect on the unfolding of Laura's life.
