The Exchange

Ashley Baldwin, a young aspiring surgeon, has always done things by the book. She is afraid of love, is recovering from a life-altering experience, and is focused on her future goals. Erik Halstein, a foreign exchange student, is a young hopeful trying to make it to the Olympics. As fate has it, Ashley and Erik meet when they least expect it. From the very moment that their eyes meet, Ashley feels a connection to him deep within her soul. Heartbroken and scared of what the future holds for her, she struggles to deal with her emotions towards him. Together, they learn to overcome the fact that time, distance, and vulnerabilities from their pasts are trying to split them apart. As they strive to achieve their individual goals, they learn important lessons about learning to love, knowing when to let go, and developing a friendship based on love, loyalty, and trust.
