Provides current and aspiring legal support staff with the critical thinking and language skills they need to work in a legal office. Skills such as understanding legal processes, being confident in editing and proofreading legal documents, and being able to anticipate problems before they occur are important for every employee. This text addresses these skills by reviewing and explaining legal procedures, and then asking students to apply their knowledge in realistic work situations.
