The End of St. Petersburg

Pudovkin's epic was made to commemorate the Bolshevik Revolution's tenth anniversary. It interweaves subplots, motifs and historical references, using a mix of cinematic techniques, which Vance Kepley Jr traces and clarifies in his analysis of the film.
