ENCYCLOPEDIA OF BIOCOLLOID & BIOINTERFAC

While a couple of encyclopedias broadly covers the field of Colloid and Interface Science, the proposed encyclopedia concentrates on "biocolloids and biointerfaces," which is the youngest but increasingly prominent studied area of colloid and interface science. In light of this progress in biotechnology and nanobiosciences, it is therefore timely to publish an encyclopedia of biocolloid and biointerface science. This will be the first encyclopedia in this field.
