This two-volume encyclopedia covers the field of biocolloids and biointerfaces, one of the emerging and increasingly prominent studied areas of physical chemistry. The progress and development of biotechnology, biomaterials, and nanobiosciences makes it especially timely to publish an encyclopedia of biocolloid and biointerface science. This will be the first encyclopedia in this field. Arrranged in an A to Z manner, fundamentals, applications, and measurement techniques will be addressed.
