Elements of mathematics

Provide sufficient and significant mathematical basis aimed at applications in various professional fields. This is a complex problem, both for the variety of necessary knowledge as well for the varied origins of high schools that characterizes the students to which this book is addressed. Yet this is precisely the main objective that the authors resolved while writing this book: touching different topics, from vector geometry to differential calculus, from linear systems of equations to geometric transformations, always using a simple mathematical language, not pedantic but never superficial. The language chosen for this text is English, both for its importance in general in the scientific literature, both to meet the interest of many foreign students attending our university.
