Her primary area of research interest is the family and the manner it is portrayed in the media and journalism. Her published dissertation focuses on the writing of G. K. Chesterton and his defense of the family. Born in Ukraine, she now lives in Germany with her husband and children, and collaborates frequently with colleagues in Italy and the United States in the field of organizational communication.
