Ebook Depression: My Story

Despite depression being a serious illness, it is overlooked by people because of fear of stigmatisation. Depression is not something to be ashamed of and I had learnt this fact the hard way. I am someone who has gone through depression and was able to overcome it. It was not easy but it is not impossible. The mantra that I have learnt to overcome depression is "Self Love is Everything". 

I want to share my experiences, the lesson I learnt from my dark phase and will also look at how to overcome depression. It is a mini guide which is based on everything I have gone through and how I have won over depression. I will explain to you how you, alone, can save yourself. No need of anyone else apart from confidence, self-love and an invisible armour that you need to prepare to wear.
