Ebook Reprint of Papers on Electrostatics

The present volume includes as nearly as may be all that I have hitherto written on electrostatics and magnetism. I have excluded from it electrical papers in which either thermo dynamics or the kinetics of electricity is prominent. I intend that, as soon as possible, it shall be followed by a collected re print of all my other papers hitherto published.
