The Dummy Run

It's a quiet winter Sunday morning in the seaside town of Seaborne and the local museum is about to carry out a disaster exercise to test the emergency services' response in the eventuality of a full-scale catastrophe. Lured by the promise of overtime rates, several members of staff are lying around in the cold with imaginary injuries.
