Lernen aus Videofällen ist eine Form des mediengestützten Lernens, die besonders für die Qualifizierung und Professionalisierung des Lehrpersonals an Schulen und Hochschulen eingesetzt werden kann. Der Band untersucht, wie das videobasierte Online-Fall-Laboratorium in praxisorientierte Trainingskonzepte für unterrichtsbezogenes Handeln integriert werden kann. Dabei prüfen die Herausgeber im Rahmen einer Implementierungsstudie, ob diese Form des Lernens für die reguläre Aus- und Weiterbildungspraxis geeignet ist. Ein weiterer Schwerpunkt des Bandes liegt in der Entwicklung und Erprobung eines Qualifizierungskonzeptes für Multiplikatoren. Learning with video case studies is a form media-based learning, which may be used in particular for the qualification and professionalisation of teaching staff at schools and Universities. The publication investigates how the video-based online case study laboratory may be incorporated into the practice-orientated training concepts for teaching-related action. Thereby the editors verify within the scope of an implementation study whether this form of learning is suitable for the regular training and development practice. Another focus of this publication lies on the development and trial of a qualification concept for multipliers.
