Development of L.A.D.S.(Learning, Assessment, Diagnosis, Solution) Model

LADS is a consultancy Solution Model developed by Dr. Robert Watts based his twenty years of experience as an organizational consultant, trainer, speaker and coach. It is an Action Research model that is similar to Action Learning, including, Learning the Client's Course, Analyzing Gaps and Vacs, Diagnosing Capability and Motivation, and Strategic action planning. A description of the epochal events from the author's life experiences which influenced the LADS model's primary method of inquiry, is Learning the Client's Course, a form of social reciprocity through story telling.
