The resulting database consists of wet weather transport data for twenty-one distinct storm events and three dry weather spatial basin sampling events. Particularly helpful should be the data describing the occurrence and transport of Giardia cysts, Cryptosporidium oocysts, and other microorganisms of fecal origin along with the seasonal and year-to-year variability of pathogen occurrence during wet weather.
