A Desire for Respect

A Desire for Respect is the second book that Massimo Parlermo has written, and it continues with the story about the character of Gianni Martino that he wrote about in his first book, Desire for Love. In this second book, the story is mainly focused on how important respect was for Gianni in his career and with his friends and from his bosses, and this story focuses on the professional career of Gianni and what his plans were for his career originally and what his plans and career turned out to be. He loved sports as much as he loved his music, but little did he know that when he was playing in a game of softball that a play he was involved with would change the course of his life and career but then he would lean back on sports later in his life to help him try and turn around his life. Not only did he lean on sports, but the desire for respect also motivated him. He was an easygoing man who did not desire to get to the top. He was not seeking wealth. He was happy with just being in middle management and making enough money to enjoy his life, but he soon found out that he could no longer enjoy that easygoing life. He would soon get disrespected by his bosses and friends and other factors that shattered his life. That made him angry, and he began his quest to not only gain back that respect, but he was also motivated to show everyone else what he was capable of and that he was not someone to be walked all over and be taken for granted. Little did he know that the desire for respect would soon change his outcome on life. He needed to get out of his mess and rebuild his life and career, but no matter how hard he tried, it seemed like he was never going to get out of his predicament, and he soon learned he could not get out of the predicament until he changed his path he was using to get out of his mess.
