A Dead Man in Tangier

Pig-sticking is a dangerous sport...for the pigs and the huntsman. While pursuing that recreation Monsieur Bossu gets stuck himself. A police matter? Perhaps, but in the Tangier of 1912 who are they answerable to? The new international committee to which Monsieur Bossu was Clerk? It is decided that Seymour of Scotland Yard will investigate. He can be safely disowned if things go wrong in a country caught between the ancient and the modern, where traditions are harsh. Soon Seymour realizes that getting to the truth of Monsieur Bossu's demise will bring him in danger of getting stuck too...
