Ddrc Hyperbaric Supervisors Logbook

A record for Hyperbaric Chamber Operators and Attendants, designed by the Diving Diseases Research Centre (DDRC). This logbook contains space for over 1,800 chamber operation entries with relevant information included. Records of qualifications obtained are included together with records of medical fitness and personal details of the owner.
