Det. Sgt. James Williams is back and this time he is in search of a few dangerous people in the city of Elmwood. When a fire was set at his house, his street acquaintance was murdered, a local business was harassed and his son was kidnapped, he knew je had to find those responsible and put an end to the fears of his family and residents.
