Comprehensive Geriatric Oncology

The prevention and treatment of cancer in an older patient require an individualized approach, taking account of the multidimensional changes caused by age and the different behaviour of various cancers in an aged tumour host. This text should enable clinicians to choose the best possible cancer care and to promote cancer prevention.
