Community Involvement in Health

Published in 1998. This book aims to support good practice in relation to community involvement in health. It explores the history and theory of this approach, ways in which current NHS and other policies can be used to enhance the involvement of the general public in their own health and well-being and in effective service provision and provides case studies, models and ideas for a way forward.
