Detective Lou Perlman who has become an outcast from police HQ, is deprived of doing battle with Glasgow\'s underworld. A gruesome discovery made in Perlman\'s own house launches him into an inquiry that becomes a ganglia of perplexities all leading to Reuben Chuck, a new man who has blasted his way to the top of Glasgow\'s gangster fraternity.
