The remainder of the manual focuses on conditions encountered in small animal practice, including developmental abormalities, fractures and attrition. Inflammatory and infectious disease - stomatitis and periodontitis - are discussed in detail for both cats and dogs. A chapter on surgery details extraction procedures.
