The Blue-Bike Murder

Detective Tom Jackson and his team need to find a murderer. They also have to rescue a runaway child before the dreadful weather kills him, or he becomes another victim of the murderer. Young Jake Swift is afraid he is a suspect when his friend is found murdered. His answer is to run away, but can he survive the violent storm as well as people who want to kill him?
