Private investigator Harry Hargreaves and his partner, Sabina Harris, along with the RCMP are investigating the disappearance of a young woman. Unable to find either leads or suspects, the pressure builds. When a young girl from Singapore also goes missing, the investigation turns international and political. Now the matriarch of Chinatown joins the chase, and the media has a field day.
