The Birthing Process

The Birthing Process book is a self-help book designed for you to set your own goals and give yourself nine-months to accomplish those goals. It requires you to keep account of your journey each month so that you can see the progress you are making toward your goals. Also at the end of your journey there is space to evaluate yourself at the end. It can be used to work on physical or mental health, financial or spiritual growth. The objective is to search yourself and find out what really needs to changed in your own life.
