GET LOST IN THE EPIC ADVENTURES OF MARK LOIDSON Just then Mark lost his balance and fell backwards off the ladder, into the abyss. His life seemed to be ripped off his flesh as he plummeted farther and farther into the green glow, going faster than what seemed to be his maximum velocity. Only a second after he saw the bottom, he hit it. He had zero time to react. He was still alive but was teetering on the brink of death. Mark lay prostrate on the ground for uncountable hours. He felt that feeling where you want to call for help, but you can't. Where you wish you could be saved, but you won't be. Where you hope someone knows you are there, but no one does. He locked himself deep in his mind not answering to any thought or call. He knew there would be no recovery from his deathly fall. By no human skill or machinery could his life be saved; but his savior turned out to be someone... other than a human. The story begins on page one!
