Carl S. Barham's motivation for collaborating to write this book is his strong belief that a Will is the cornerstone to sound estate planning. His experiences through the years of working with clients, and communicating with friends about having their affairs in order, indicated that many of them lacked the knowledge or failed to prepare for the inevitable end.
