Application of ICT in College Libraries

Improving of ICT has brought a revolutionary change in every sphere of life. The applications of ICT in libraries improve the provision of library and information resources and services. Using ICT, libraries have not only observed remarkable changes in their daily operations and services but also identified a new and active role for libraries. It facilitates speedy library operations, services and access to and delivery of information. The users of college libraries are mainly young generation learners; they prefer ICT based services to traditional services.
