This new CD-ROM provides a readily accessible, fast, easy-to-use and searchable reference guide for anyone seriously involved in the international fishing trade, fisheries science and fish biology. Over 770 commercially important species of fish and shellfish are included. Each entry has: a colour illustration, a detailed map of where the species is found, optimum size and weight, catching method and a grading of eating quality.
