Descrizione An Empirical Study of Employees Motivation

Workers in any organization need something to keep them working. Most of the time, the salary of the employee is enough to keep him or her working for an organization. An employee must be motivated to work for a company or organization. If no motivation is present in an employee, then that employee's quality of work or all work in general will deteriorate. Therefore, employees' motivation is an important function which every manager performs for actuating the people to work for the accomplishment of objectives of an organization It is in this context that an empirical study of Employees Motivation with special reference to Jazan University has been planned. Moreover, it has been recognized that regional studies could provide a better picture of Employees Motivation of a country. The study examines empirically the vital issues like working condition, job security, performance appraisal, monetary benefits and promotion etc which directly or indirectly affects the working of an employee.
