It's been eight years since the end of the war, and somebody is still killing Nazis. German scientists, relocated to the US under Operation Paperclip, are being systematically exterminated - but by whom? The FBI has enough on its plate with its continued hunt for 'reds under the bed' and so turns to an unlikely source for help in the form of contract assassin, Daniel Miller. And the offer couldn't have come at a better time. Miller, disillusioned by almost a decade of killing, yearns for a change of direction.
