Albert Ellis was an icon of 20th century psychology and a founder of the cognitive behavioral movement. In this book, a collection of 22 chapters, the editors trace the evolution of Ellis' philosophy and methodology from its Freudian roots to present day Cognitive Behavior Therapy using Dr. Ellis' writings, including some collaborations with other authors.
