A farmer can get information as and when required as per his convenience and will be able to implement the same in his farm. A computer based package or software containing all information of the farming and which can give proper advice, can work as a Expert at village level. Any person at village level can run this computer based consultancy and help the farmers to get any information at his own village. This is the new Model of Agricultural Extension that is "Consultancy at Each Village"
