25 Bank Street

Now the space is a multi-tenented site including Nomura Securities Co., and the Financial Services Authority. On 20th Dec 2010 the American bank JPMorgan Chase announced it had acquired the building for 495 million pounds from Canary Wharf Group PLC and it is to become the new European headquarters of its investment bank in 2012. It is 153 metres (502 ft) tall, with 33 floors, the same as neighbouring 40 Bank Street. Built in 2003, its architect was Cesar Pelli & Associates Architects and the builder was Canary Wharf Contractors.
