Fundamentals of italian law

This book provides a concise introduction to the main features of the different branches of the Italian legal system, with each of these treated in a chapter authored by one or more specialists in the field, linked to the School of Law of the University of Florence. Originally developed starting from the teaching materials used in the “Introduction to Italian legal culture” organized in the School of Law since 2007, it is particularly focused on the needs of readers with a common law background, and no previous familiarity with the legal development of the country.
