C.H.U.M.P.

The purpose of the C.H.U.M.P. series is to provide the reader or listener with the opportunity to discover that there is much more to C.H.U.M.P. than just his experiences playing various sports. In fact, the series of books was designed from the stand point of a sports psychologist to be used as a tool to increase awareness of our inner-conversations, develop effective solution-based strategies to defend our minds in real-time against mental attacks manifested by doubt and fear, and ultimately, cultivate the talents hidden deep inside each and every one of us. For this reason, you are invited to fuse the story of C.H.U.M.P. with your own personal story by answering a few questions at the conclusion of each book.
