Sweet December

Matt Fazekas was born and raised on Chicago's south side. Though the Midwest is called home, a lot of time has been spent moving back and forth between Boston and Los Angelos. Writing music started out as a personal form of therapy...as a form of release. Throughout the years he has compiled a catalog of over fifty original songs and is continually working on the next one. Mostly self taught, he enjoys playing many instruments...guitar, bass, drums, piano, violin, and the harmonica. Eventually he took his music from the bedroom out into the public and people began to take notice and give encouragement to make music more than just a hobby. With a gritty voice, meaningful lyrics, and an acoustic guitar he turns pure emotion into melody.
