"OASE," an independent, international journal of architecture, urban design, and landscape design devotes each issue to a contemporary theme, treated with unusual depth and scope. This sixty-ninth, titled "Positions: Shared Territories in Historiography and Practice," assesses the state of play in the fields of architectural history and architectural practice. In recent years, both have been characterized by significant shifts, new perspectives and methodologies that not only brought internal changes but also called into question the boundaries and relationships between the two disciplines.
